Eliza

1)I do believe that Eliza is human like, especially because she expresses her feelings.
2)Yes I would try to make her seem more.Therefore she could help other people communicate and people wouldn't get so frustrated with her so easily.
3) As far as emotions computer's really don't have any unless they're programmed to understand them and not just intellectual things.
4) Yes, in the future computers would be something good to substitute because we need something that could understand us other than humans.
